Three-Year Work Permits Must Return Them Immediately - Page 2

I haven't been on this site for months, but I did receive those emails and it was sad to read that 22 people never got the notification and are not illegible for DACA now because they didn't return them.

I also started thinking.. does anyone remember anything about how they were going to allow those of us with two year permits to extend it to the three year permit since they passed that after we received it? Or am I remembering this completely incorrectly? Thanks!

They are will NOT be issuing any more 3 years cards, so if you got a 2 year card before February 16, you will not be able to extend it to 3 years. If you lose your current EAD card, your replacement will be for 2 years.
