Yes, do it

I have a question.
Do we attatch livescan results when we file our papers?
Do we do this after filing? if we do after filing, are they going to tell us to do it?
I just want to do it now if i need to attatch it on the filing paper.

Any background check that is self done is null and void as it pertains to the USCIS process and will not be accepted in any shape or form.

USCIS will be doing the background checks themselves and forwarding for further checks via the FBI for terrorism.

Will an expired fingerprint card be helpful? If I submit it.

There is absolutely NO NEED for you guys to be doing your own background checks UNLESS You have been charged or convicted of a crime.

When you apply for the relief of Deferred action you will be given an appointment for biometrics from the USCIS which is when you have your picture take and finger prints, which are use to check your background.

Even if you have been convicted of a crime you should be getting your certified disposition of the case the background check will be done by USCIS.

i had to make sure my records are clear, i went to certifix live scan for fingerprinting. i was clean. guess my juvenile records were sealed. Anyways you can go check so u can request sealing of records or to clear your records in any possible way. i recommend certifix. they’re fast. they transfer ur fingerprints to DOJ instantly.

Fingerprint results can come back in 48 hours. I was told by my local Sheriffs department. Though I have been printed several times, for my certificate of clearance and for a couple of jobs, so that is supposed to help I got live scan at Certifix they are certified and approved from the DOJ and FBI ,you can find the nearest location for you from here . https://www.certifixlivescan.com/cer...-locations.htm
