With 245i you also need to pay $1000 fine beside the cost of processing the application

I live with my parents and she said she would help me with the fine. I am looking at the stuff right now. I have my transcripts from HS in front of me and it only has record of 2002-2007, I am wondering if i could be able to get something from the district as far as middle school stating that i started here in 2000.

To qualify a person had to submit an I-130 before April 30, 2001 and be approved. If that application was not file before April 30, 2001 the person is not qualified to use 245i as a way to get permanent residence
