DACA Notice of Action letter

Hi, wanted to asks any one in this forum if you have experienced or know off someone that received a "Notice of Action" letter. My fiancée applied a year ago on Nov. 24 2014 and then got a RFE back in July he turned in what was asked off him and they received it on October 22 now as of yesterday his case status was upgraded to "USCIS" mailed a letter notice off action on his case. Not sure what this means have done some research but no certain answer on what this may be.

So I'm trying to see if that one went through this and what was the outcome!!

Notice of Action means they decided the case. Have you checked the number for the employment authorization application. If it says "card production" then its safe to say it was approved.

Yes that's the first thing that came up in my mind to check the other receipt number and all it shows is that they received his app back in Nov. 2014.

It's just odd how normally it say case approved or case denied. But in this case it just states "Notice explaining USCIS decision was mailed"

Well. We can only speculate what it is at this point. Keep an eye on the other receipt it'll get updated soon. Hopefully, it'll be the approval notice that comes in the mail.

Yes who know what this may mean, but will keep waiting for this
letter. Hope it gets here soon!!!

Just a speculation: before they make a decision they need more information from you, Something like an RFE or so I'm guessing.

Yes they did send him a RFE already which he already sent back. And when that was asked off him his case status said RFE was mailed this time is different. But it may be that again I guess there system has a different way off updating the case status.
