Yes absolutely. You can't get AP without proof. You need to get a doctors letter from there. But ONLY DACA BENEFICIARIES can get AP. I am not sure if you're trying to go or your parents are trying to go. If you mean you want to go coz one of your parents is getting a surgery done there, you must get a doctors letter saying you are the son of so and so residing here in the US and should be given permission to travel.

Yes you do so that would probably be consider a humanitary reaosn to travel, so the proof to you rdicument would be from your father's doctor. Stating you need to travel becasue o fthe surgery being perfomed to him. And why is it necesssary to be there for exmaple to help him out etc et... so a medical document as a proof is what you need. Hope that helps !
