I hate to tell you this but you need to figure this shit out. You gotta learn how to be assertive and ruthless to get your work done. Go to some other cop man. You can't go long without that EAD and DACA letter. Once you get it, DO NOT carry either of those with you ever again. That cop is clearly not taking you seriously coz you are probably not sounding serious yourself. I can almost sense it the way you're posting here.
