So I have my DACA that's valid and I wanted to visit a sick grandparent in Mexico. I know you need to provide proof for the reason you are going to Mexico. my question is what can this evidence consist of? What documents should I send with my application. Is a copy of their health history viable or does it have to be a doctors note? Please help. Thanks.

Evidence that your grandparent is sick. And evidence that said person is your grandparent. Example would be doctor's note describing condition of grandparent and copies of your birth certificate and your parent's birth certificate that has the name of your grandparent

- Doctors letter explaining his condition and the fact that you are his grandson.
- His ID copy
- Your cover letter explaining it.

This is all the evidence you need.

No. While the closer the better any relative tends to work. I know people have used their great aunts to get AP. USCIS is generally not picky with the reasons, as long as the reason is valid they'll give you AP.

Anything and everything you can dig up. My grandmother suffered from osteoporosis so I dug up X-rays, ekgs, prescriptions, photos, everything.

Key things that you will definitely needs are like they said above
-birth certificates
-doctors note describing Illness (signed)

Another thing to consider before traveling is making sure your immunization is upto date
