my daca expired in November of 2015 I worked all year....due to some financial issues I was not able to renew my daca and so I had to quit my job...I wanted to use my tax refund money to pay for my renewal but im confused. Can I still do my tax refund... I was told I could not because my daca is expired...is it a different process now?? I use turbo tax to file my returns...someone please help

can I still do it on turbo tax??? I wont have any problems with irs since my daca is expired and so my federal identification number is invalid

Yes you can as you have to file for taxes that you worked legally for (on your EAD). Just file them, get return if you over paid, and get renewed.

No. You won't have problems with the IRS. There are a lot of people who work illegally and file taxes with an ITIN or fake social. The IRS doesn't care, all it cares is if you pay your taxes
