I'm middle eastern...I'll just leave it at that I just remember how much damage the marches in 2005 did because they were flying giant Mexican flags. At least the flags are smaller now...I guess that's something.

And before this is somehow turned into a race issue, both my siblings married into Mexican American families and I work with Latinos or all kinds on a daily basis. I just don't think you should fly another country's flag when marching for rights in another country and especially don't give your adversaries any ammo.

This happened in my city and I went to this protest. A group of congressmen are trying to pass legislation that would allow police to ask people for their legal documentation and work closely with ICE in the state of Wisconsi, similar to the Arizona law. . I'm surprised there isn't more coverage on this, because we're freaking the fuck out over here. If this shit passes, we'll have to move to another state.

If im not mistaken. It may be naturalized citizens waving the flag supporting the march. Im sure there like who cares we have us citizenship anyways. My thoughts..

I'm Mexican, I don't agree with people who brings Mexican flags to immigration rallies. However, the "god damn Mexican flag" part, sounds disrespectful for Mexican who agree with you. Shows the same intolerance of the anti-immigrant movement.
