You just bring a copy of the..... matter of Arabally and Yarabally. There is not legal reason an agent banned to come back to Usa if you have no criminal record and a valid advance parole. Look the atachment... If the agent stop, you can ask for a lawyer and show him the paper attached, agent will feel surprised and scare of you, they must let you come back to Usa. You are legally protected. Good trip and don't be affraid.

I'm not sure why people are telling you that an attorney is not necessary, its best if you consult one before you leave. Even though the chances of you not returning is slim, this is your whole life that we're talking about. What's another few hundred dollars to make sure that nothing will pop up as you're re-entering that would flag inadmissibility.

Imagine you're that one unlucky one that gets flagged for inadmissibility, you just threw your whole life away because you're trying to save a few bucks. Do yourself a favor and consult an attorney who will confirm with you. This way, your time spent at your native country will actually be enjoyable instead of a question mark over your head about your ability to reenter.
