Hey Folks,

So with everything that has happened, and with the republican primary narrowed down to 4 candidates, it is becoming increasingly in all likelihoods, that we should endorse Donal Trump for the republican primary and here is why -

We know the best republican candidate for us is Marco Rubio and John Kasich but we also know they are trailing behind, so as it stands at the moment before March 15, it's looks like it is Trump against Cruz (this can change after March 15)

With that said, we know that the far worse candidate even worse than trump is Ted Cruz. With the possibility of a brokered convention which would not favor Trump but it would rather favor the other candidates this puts Trump Candidacy in danger, but also puts Cruz at the forefront and that is the worse case scenario (assuming Hillary doesn't crush him in the general election), but we know he is a filty candidate and he will recur to the worse tactics, and trickery to steal the election, getting to this spot is far too risky.

This is why I think we should endorse Trump for the Republican primary, assuming Rubio and Kasich can't catch up.

So Donal Trump getting the nomination is not the worse that can happen after all.

If Trump is the nominee he is much more likely to endorse immigration reform in the general election, and if that is the case, I think he might have even better chances to passing it than Hillary Clinton.

Of course we want Hillary Clinton to win, as it is the safest shot.

These coming days and weeks are crucial to see how everything is gonna play out. in the mean time, I encourage you not to see Trump winning the nomination as a bad thing all things considered, it could be the next best thing.

Your thoughts

Um, have you lost it?! This is the worst idea ever! I mean he may do Hitler style deportation of immigrants.

I have to agree with the above. Trump keeps playing up the fact the he will build the wall rather than deporting all of us. I know he has said that in the past, but I think those remarks are off-the-cuff. He is not a hard-core conservative, and he seems like he will soften his stance once the general election gets under way.

WE ARE MUCH BETTER WITH TRUMP THAN WITH CRUZ.

So, basically, f*ck Sanders and endorse a person who IS racist, xenophobe, misogynist, and who wants to build a wall and bill another country for it? Who, by the way, keeps saying he will build himself, which, in any case, is a HUGE conflict of interest (isn't that what he's running on? Not being a 'politician'?)? Someone whose only known policy is 'building the wall' even though the crooks of Wall Street still walk free?

A person who acts like a 13 year-old spoiled brat who is a bully and wants to be the class clown (tell me why this isn't the perfect description of Trump?)...

Support Sanders, because the progressive movement of a hundred years ago has been undone thanks to horrible governments (both parties, presidents, Congress...).

Supporting Trump in ANY way, is supporting today's America, the America that HATES Obama (only because of his color), that denounces religious fanaticism when they do the same, the America that cares more about guns than creating a safe environment, who are more selfish than any other nation...no thanks.

I totally agree. Out of the three candidates, I think Trump is better than the others. Ted Cruz is the worst. I don't even want to see his face on TV.

Is not about getting everything you want, it's about getting the best possible deal out of many bad deals. Of course this is one of the likely outcomes. If you say no to this, means you rather have cruz win the primary (there is no way around that), so there you have two bad choice, pick the best of the two, is not like you can pick anyone you want.

But as I said the general election is a whole new animal.

So there you have it, you either pick Trump or you are stuck with Cruz, and you dont have other choice, the choice if forced upon you, you might as well pick.

You make it seem as if Hilary as absolutely no chance in the general election. We should be doing our best in convincing our friends and family who can vote to stay away from the republicans
