Hi Everyone, I rec'd my AP in the mail today 03/05/16. It took 4 months of entire process. I am little nervous to read notice: READ BEFORE YOU TRAVEL ABROAD section.I think every DACA person get this per-printed section. They approved my AP for 160 days .

any idea why yours took so long to get approved? I thought typical processing time is no more than 2 months.

Hi everyone I have been doing a lot of research on traveling with advance parole, I have already filled out all documents that are needed I even had my grandmas doctor send me a letter due to her health I really wanna go see her. I have an issue that I am so afraid of and it has been bothering me for a while now, the name that I have on my work authorization card isn't the same as what I have on my birth certificate and on my mexican passport. I am not sure if on my way back to the US this will be a problem has anyone had this issue or any suggestions on what I should do ? this problem has delayed me from sending my request.

I also want to know what are the documents they ask on the way back?

Did you have an interview before you traveled to Mexico? If so, what sort of things did immigration (USCIS) ask you?

Hi all,

Just applied for AP, my application was received on 2/24/16 and then I received my notice of action on the 4 of March. I did write EXPEDITE at the top right of my application, I was reading on other threads that it is not enough in which I called USCI on the same day. They told me it would take 5 days maybe a little longer to get my case expedited based on if I can proof the need to leave earlier. Now I am anxiously waiting.

Hopefully this gets to me soon, I realize we are running out of time as the Supreme Court could technically overturn DACA. I am married to USC, plan on doing AOS as soon as I get back if I am allowed. Anybody else tried calling to expedite AP?

I tried calling but they told me that they couldn't expedite it due to not having a strong reason. I did also write that in the top right corner. Mine only took about a month.

Did they tell you this 5 days after the review or that same day you called?

Hey guys quick question!
I've applied for AP twice before and they've both have been routed to the Nebraska service center. Last week I mailed my third AP application but this time it was routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center (MSC), I have no idea what this is. Has anyone else been routed here before? Can someone share some light to this? Thanks
