I've had DACA since 2013, fortunately I have been able to work for IBM as a software developer. I asked upper management about moving to Spain because of my whole situation with DACA. Long story short, I was able to obtain a worker's permit to work in Spain and I'll be moving over there this June. Upon arrival I'll also be applying for residency, and it would just take two years for me to become a Spanish citizenship.
My question is, I see that Spanish citizens can travel to the US with just a passport. I wanted to know if I would be able to come back into the United States for vacation using the Spanish passport or if I would get a ten year ban upon leaving? Either way it doesn't matter as much for me, I'll be able to wait for the ten year period.

Spanish citizens with a passport from Spain and no prior negative immigration history may enter up the US for a maximum of 90 days through the Visa Waiver Program(VWP) at the discretion of Customs and Border Patrol.

Technically, even if you became a Spanish citizen, you would not be eligible for VWP for life and must apply for a regular B2 visitors visa at the Embassy where you may currently reside abroad because of prior unlawful presence. If you were to use VWP at US borders it would count as unlawful entry and would then become a permanent bar.

Why not ask your employer to sponsor you for a visa?
