Lost my passport

I am renewing my DACA for the 2nd time, I lost my passport. do i still need to fill up the section where they ask for passport number? pls help. also i didnt leave the country, do i have to asnwer the question: travel information #8-9?

I don't think you do if you didnt travel at all - Granted its been a year and half since i looked at the application but for what purpose would they need the passport number? Did you make a copy of your intial application and if so, did you include the passport number? You could always check to see if there

sadly i didnt have a copy of my previous application but i do rememebr putting my passport number for my 1st and 2nd application. so should i just leave it blank? travel information number 9 question?

I don't think we need it but you could always just call them and ask
