That's the sweetest thing I've heard in decades.. my panties literally fell off from the exuberance of your romance, kid.

I guess all we can do is pray for the mom and her child.

Good luck!

if you want a green card, then look for a partner whom your *really* see a long term potential with who is a citizen or a resident. this is tantamount to having particular wants or likes in a partner, but it is not at all the same as marrying someone you like, just because they can hook you up with a green card, and already be thinking about divorce.

it is unethical not to mention illegal to have a sham marriage.

Actually.. you're taking it the wrong way Miss. March 2016, with 8 posts. Shouldn't be so negative on here. She'd be happy to have me for long as she can. I can even go tell her today.. that I don't think we'll last more than a few years, so we should just break up. She'd go "no lets try it out.." with a please or a pretty please at the end of the sentence for sure. And it may be the end of her sentence... but not the end of her days nagging about getting married regardless. She enjoys being with me.. I enjoy her company as well. I can at that point tell her fine I guess I can at least secure my status that way.. and she'd then try and convince me that it's a good idea. Win-win for us both. I don't need to see her as a *really* long term spouse.. Just think of it as getting arranged marriage. Who knows whether it'd work out or not? In this case at least we are both prepared for the worst. It's not too unethical when my intentions are out in the open.. and it sure isn't illegal to marry your girlfriend who LOVES YOU.. just cuz u don't have the same amount of love for her. I don't know about the court of love but out n the real world? The court of law approves this method.

This so hard. This forum isn't to discuss this. I suggest a mod to close this topic now. It really just adds fuel to the haters to use later

You won't find an answer here; at best, just the possible or procedural legal concomitants for whatever you decide. And of course, a lot of emphatic expression of opinion.

As far as the salary for enlistees in the Army:
https://www.goarmy.com/benefits/mone...oldiers.m.html

While they cover a substantial amount of your individual cost of living, salary is still rubbish for enlistees. Cannot enlist into the Officer Corp, as it requires citizenship first.

Another consideration is that as an enlistee, with some qualification, you will not get any real career skills for civilian life -- unless you score high enough on the ASVAP to have a voice in the terms of your contract. Most recruiters will attempt to peg you into whatever position is available. It's just a numbers game for them.

(Incidentally, when I considered enlisting a year ago or so, I scored 94, and the other Indian guy trying to enlist when I was too got a 99. Alas!, neither of us enlisted. In his case, the other fellow had too many speeding tickets. We both live in Atl. Ga as well).

This forum's existence is solely to discuss these kinds of questions and concerns. So, all suggestions are welcome.. just have a reasonable reasoning behind your reasons. We've all worked hard to make this forum what it is today.. like a great white man once said.. "Why would I wanna destroy something I helped build - EMiNeM"

How does this add fuel to the wildfire of haters? That makes no sense.. we're not anti-anything there is no protests, threats, just a legitimate question! I can go up to a judge and show him/read him my question on here and he'd be cool with it. Yeah he'd probably be like "dude you might wanna go see a couple's therapist or something sure but he'd have zero, zilch, nada, kuch nahi, problems with my positive thinking.. he'd probably even support me.

So, back to the initial question please?
What's with the whole child support thing.. anyone know? Would I be responsible for feeding another man's baby?

Mod close topic this topic. If he wants to adjust status through a fraud marriage which he has implied already when he only focused this on what legal consequences he would get out of it then he is to find another forum

LOL you're so lame. Are you one of those haters who can't stand other people finding creative ways to achieve their goals? Let me guess... you hate Mark Zuckerberg, and the guys who invented youtube, and all those other simple people who got that one idea any of us could have.

Is this why you have freshh's post as your signature? ??? ?????

Fellow board members get upset with you often? For the lack of sense.. or in other words the utter bullsh!t you create on the threads? You must be a very bored board member that you lurking and trolling threads you absolutely can't seem to relate to in the first place.

With all due respect.. don't post anti-messages if you can't seem to understand the situation. Don't know if you can help? Don't post. Just lurk. That's cool. I'm an entertainer, I'm glad you feel the need to speak on the subject.. but again, don't do it if you have no real points. Pssstt.. calling me fraud thinker..HA! If anything.. I'm a pretty smart fellow Freud thinker.

Where is that Microphone that I had dropped for emphases earlier.. Oh there it is, that lyrad89 chick had it.. with her panties off apparently like she says. Don't know what she was doing with the mic anyway.. Thank you very much. Drops it again! Boom! Speakers have broken their silence.. Pun intended.

mods close this topic before conservative forums use this as another example to show how broken down our immigration system is

LOL!! I love this Shia LaBeouf guy! Bro I wish it was that simple.. if it wasn't for the kid, I'd do it in a heartbeat! I trust her, and she trusts me. Would never do anything to break her heart or stab her in the back. I'd be telling her upfront of my intentions. But its the child man.. I'd see a lawyer yeah! But first I need to know if I'm in the safe zone... so I can see if this is even a legit option for me. If it turns out I'd be help liable for the kid? This is obviously not even an option then. Yeah I'm overthinking it.. but that's cause it's my life, my future. Lol how ironic... in this same post some people think I'm under thinking it ha! Thanks for the support though
