Coincidentally also got an email response this morning to an online service request I had put in last month, which was of zero help since it just said "go online to check your case status instead of waiting for mail" as the answer.

I called the customer service number, initial rep was actually helpful and said "Well you should've gotten the bio appointment around the first 30 days, and since your service request didn't give you a solid answer, I can transfer you to a second tier case officer" - (Technically she could've given me another 30 day run around from today since I had received my service request just today)

I hold for the transfer, then leave my call back number with the automated machine telling me 45 minutes.

I get a call about hour and half later from the machine, which routes me to another brief hold for the case officer.

This guy... just got off his lunch or something, or pretty evident of the typical fucktards they hire off the street to work in government offices.

Asked for my case receipt number at least 2 or 3 times, just confirmed all the dates I already know, and pretty much just told me to be patient.

Some exchanges:

Him: "You have to wait 60 to 90 days for this to process"
Me: "I was just told by another rep around 30 days for the biometrics to be scheduled"

Him: <stutter stutter> "Oh wait you already did tell me it was for the bio, let me check"
Him: "Yeah we're working on it, there's lot of people inline, you'll get your date."

Him: "Oh you'll get your card in the mail way before your expiration date of September"

Me: "There's no ETA or any issues with my case then?"
Him: "No."

Me: "When should I call in again if I don't have a date in the near future?"
Him: "You can call back by June 19th (Sunday) if you don't have anything scheduled by then" (Obvious attempt to end the call and bullshitting with dates)



I guess I'll wait another 2 weeks to get close to the 60 days mark, not much these people can do over the phone it seems like.

I did call twice and no update - I sent my application on 03/30 ....no code/ letter to create an account, today's call the officer says my biometrics are current. Not sure what's going .

Ok guys so I know I did not create a good time line.so here it goes this is for my 1St time renewal. My DACA expires towards the end of July 2016:

February 19, 2016 - package sent to Chicago Lock Box
February 22, 2016 - received text message and email letting me know they received my package and that it would be transferred to Nebraska Receipt #IOE
February 24, 2016 - received the official Receipts for both cases.
****This was the last update for my case. During the first few weeks I didn't think about my biometrics, I thought that it was going to be the same as the first initial daca process. In my initial process Nebraska service center didn't take much time to schedule my biometrics appointment, after a few days of filing my initial days I received my appointment, but this time it was not the case!
So on the 2 week of sending my renewal I called the uscis # , entered my IOE # for daca and guess what! It said that my IOE# was invalid and to check my #. So I trued my 2nd IOE # for the employment, this one was OK. I really was worried at this point, the only thing that the rep would say was that it could take up to 45 days to update their system. So I waited.... And waited... Every stayed the same No Updates, and No biometrics appointment ... After waiting the 30 day mark I decided to call one more time, I let the rep know what was going on. She said that I could put a service request to let the officer know that there was no biometrics appointment scheduled for me yet. She told me to wait 15-30 days for a response. After 8 days later I received a text message to check my status online. So I did and it said that they had already scheduled the biometrics appointment and that I should receive a letter in the mai. I then also checked the status for the daca update and it finally showed up as "your application has been terminated"
So on:
February 8, 2016 - received a text message to check only for update on my case
February 12, 2016 - received biometrics letter in the mail.
February 13,2016 - received letter to create My Account Access
February 13, 2016 - received the response of the service request that I made.

Now I'm just waiting on approval for both cases.
I hope this can help you guys please be patient. I know it's hard, but it will come sooner or later
