Okay, maybe it's just the Nebraska Service Center. I'm at almost 2 months with absolutely no update other than my first letter notifying me they cashed my check lol.

I just hit the 1st month with no updates. I said "what the hell" and decided to put a service request for no biometrics appointment notice. I'll update on the response I get.

Mine routed to CA from TX.
I think all the service centers are back logged.

But 4months for the biometrics is just insane...

For the 30 days service request do you guys count weekends too?

How do you put in E request? Mine was received May 15 and no update at this moment, I checked the the neighbor case number(mine is xxx48, I checked xxx49, etc) and their case had the bio appointment sent...

According to rep. on the phone line. You need to wait for 45days, then you can put in service request.

I checked my last renew, it took only 10 days to schedule for the bio appointment I am starting to worry.

So my service request from 6/9/16 actually got a response today. After exactly 30 days, I got my bio-metrics appointment scheduled per my updated case status 5 minutes ago!!
