Yes weekend counts too. After waiting 30 days on the following day I called uscis to put a service request. They told me that I would have to wait 15-30days to get a response from them. And then after 10 days I got a response via text message indicating to check my status online. So I check my status and it said that they had already scheduled my biometrics appointment

They received my application on May 19, 2016 and I am still waiting for my biometric appointment.
