Which case inquiry did you submit, 'the process is outside normal timeframe' or 'I did not receive my notice in the mail?'

I submitted the latter after about 30 days and it let me, I'm trying to submit the timeframe one now but not able to since it hasn't been 60 days (which is what it says under the directions)

I submitted 'I did not receive my notice in the mail." A day later, I received a status about my bio appointment being scheduled and my biometrics letter mailed out on the 13th of this month. My guess for you is that at the 60 mark you should submit the same inquiry and see where things go.

^When I had submitted the 'did not receive my notice in the mail' inquiry at the 30 day mark, the response I got just said "Here's a link to the online case status page where you can check your status".

I think it might have been just coincidence on your bio being processed a day later, no way they're that efficient lol

Coincidence or luck, I'll take what I can. I hope you hear back soon because to be honest I was initially watching your timeline since it's quite close to mine. I was worried after not hearing back after 30 days too.

It's funny how I had few people tell me that they were referencing my timeline, only to get their bio's scheduled shortly after while I'm over here trying to figure this shit out lol.

60 day mark this weekend, I called in and actually got a rep who was interested in helping. Not a case officer or 2nd tier, but the initial rep, he noted everything in my case and agreed that it should typically be 3 to 4 weeks tops for the bio to be scheduled.

He submitted a service request with the notes and thanked me for my service ;p I guess I'll find out next 2 weeks if this hadany effect.

I am approaching 90 days since receipt notice.... Have called USCIS 2x and put in request. The last call I received an acknowledgement email from NSC that the they got my request.

Not sure what else to do.

It has been 130 days, and I was hoping to get the biometrics appt. letter in my hands but instead...
I checked my status (which was unable to be found every time I checked online) and as of June 17th, I can finally check my status and my appointment has been scheduled and I should get it in mail any time soon.

Last week, I have sent an e-mail to Congressman and also request assistance from Ombudsman.
Idk if these helped, but mine scheduled after 3 days of these requests.

I am approaching the 90 day mark in a week from the date on my receipt notice.
