This only affects DAPA and extended DACA. DACA is still in effect. This is a blow, but its not the end, it will be brought back until there is another judge appointed to the missing supreme court seat.

Will this leave the original DACA open for attack?

I should be devastated but all the years have toughened me up a little. All I know is I will never vote Republican for as long as I live.

So, no changes to DACA right? I really hope this is what was holding up renewals and they can go back to renewing EADs

Exactly how I feel as well, I thought I would be inconsolable, but surprisingly the most emotional I felt was the day the judge blocked it from going into effect.

Amen to that. If I ever become a citizen, I will never vote Republican ever.

Welp...this is a bad news. :/ I feel like the regular DACA is not safe anymore with this decision. Our fate will be in the hands of the next President and I'm not totally confident about Hilary winning...
