3 Year daca permits and the ability to apply for AP while renewing your DACA. But mostly a 3 year permit.


And also included Dreamers originally left out by the original Daca program.

DACA: same
Extended DACA: increased the age gap
DAPA: adults who didn't qualify for DACA or eDACA

No.. DAPA is more like for parents of American citizens or lawful status children who are in danger of deportation.

Maybe i understood it wrong.

I thought he would have gone in our favor. But who knows, why cant they just vote in favor? Theyre not giving us antyhing for free. They never have.

makes sense. it is an election year so it is tough. we'll have to wait for 2017.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.
