Have been here my whole life, (was brought here at 3 months old)
I applied for the first DACA and have renewed once, no prior job to that, but have been working legally ever since I had a work permit, and will be transferring to UCLB in the fall.
Also, I am married to a U.S Citizen.

What can I do to get a green card/work my way towards getting my citizenship? Anyone know who has been in a similar situation? Or can anyone recommend a good immigration lawyer in the LA/OC area??

Thanks guys.

you need to tell us how you got here, an petitions files?

If you are EWI (enter with out inspection) you will need to be paroled back in the states using AP.

You need to tell us if you came in illegally or stayed illegally?

So then you would need to clear that with AP. Pm Demise to help you out after that and actually use AP ASAP before the election. Now you need to clear that EWI because it will make adjusting a lot easier

Adjusting is never easier if you are EWI ( enter with our inspection aka crossing the border)

If you're EWI watch-out for removal order, that can complicate things.

Should I do AP on my own? Or should I go to a lawyer. I have this fear that I will not be let back into the country once I go out.
