Like many of you have had my DACA since it was approved. Since then I have married my high school sweetheart.
I entered the Country with out inspection.
AP would not work for me as I haven’t had a life event that would grant me the AP, nor do I go to school.

My wife and I recently filled for and I-130 and we were approved. We are now getting ready to begin with the I-601A Waiver. This was a great site for DACA information, do you guys know of any other forums where other people share their stories? Specifically about the I601A provisional waiver?

Thank you

However when it comes to any kind of waivers my only advice is "hire a lawyer", you'll need a lot of evidence, and plenty of luck. Really not DIY stuff.

You can always try to apply for AP. Do you really have no family abroad that you could use? Some 91 year old great grandma you never saw? Some tech convention you'd wish to attend (put it under educational). Etc.

I'm in the same boat as you, and would love to hear more about your case as it develops. I too am married to a US citizen, and have EWI DACA.

I am planning on doing Advance Parole.

You know you can apply for advance parole if you do a study abroad program. Most community colleges offer opportunities to travel a semester abroad, pricey I know, but it seems like a faster\higher success rate of clearing the EWI, don't you think?
