That would be my first move. The woman I spoke with didn't really want to pursue anything because my case hadn't been pending for 105 days yet. To be honest, I'm not sure if they really do expedite cases or if she was just giving me jargon, but it's worth a try... especially if your job is on the line, like it is for pretty much all of us.

If so, try to convey the hardship you will face if you do not get your new EAD on time.

Here is my timeline, it's been frustrating to say the least.

This is my second renewal.

My DACA renewal is at the Nebraska Service Center and the receipt number starts with an IOE.

May 19, 2016 -- renewal received by USCIS.

June 16, 2016 -- called USCIS since no biometrics appointment, but was told wait at least 30 days before making an inquiry.

June 20, 2016 -- Submitted a case inquiry online via the USCIS website: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do

June 23, 2016 -- Received a response from the June 20, 2016 inquiry that I need to create an account at https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov Also stated in the response that I will need an access code to link my pending cases. I never received an access code so I called USCIS on June 24, 2016 and was told to submit an inquiry to get the access code.

June 24, 2016 -- Submitted an inquiry at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/contactus to obtain the access code.

June 28, 2016 -- Received a call from USCIS tech help desk and provided me with an access code to create my account, but no biometric online letter when I login.

June 25, 2016 -- submitted an Ombudsman request online via https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance filling out (Form DHS-7001), but received a response from Ombudsman on July 1, 2016 that they will close my request since my case has not been pending for 105 days.

June 30, 2016 -- Submitted a Congressional inquiry and received a response today July 6, 2016 that to wait at least 60 days from today and if I don't get anything by them, then to contact my representative again.

Sigh. Still nothing in the mail regarding my biometrics and online status just says that my case was received.

Best of luck to all my fellow Dreamers. I hope and pray for a prompt and favorable outcome for all of our cases.

BTW my DACA/EAD expires in early November.

Mine expires late October and my 150 day window didn't start till June 1st. How did you send your renewal in so early?

So I have been waiting 106 days from the day that uscis scanned my paper work in their system, my hardship is that I have been waiting for a kidney transplant for the past 9years, as of last year I got a state job that gives me excellent health insurence, but if I lose my job I could potentially lose my wait on the transplant list, I currently do dialysis 3 times a week and 6 hrs a treatment. I'm currently working full time as well. I'm scared of losing my health ins. I almost was taken out of the kidney transplant list in 2012 due to my status, but due to daca, I was able to stay on the list

My attorney advised me to submit it early and I trusted her suggestion.

I used to work for the California DMV, to be honest one of the biggest reason it takes forever in DMV, is that not everyone is prepared with the require paper work, to make ur visit fast make an appointment, and check online on what u need before going

Guys, if I remember correctly, the first time I did my renewal, the day my renewal got approved ended up being the new expiration date on my EAD. My original EAD expired 9/21/2014 and my renewal got approved 9/4/2014 which is ended up being the expiration date for my current EAD 9/4/2016. I ended up losing 2 weeks off my first EAD.

Assuming they still assign expiration dates that way, my guess is that they will try to approve new EADs as close to the expiration date as possible to minimize the amount of time shaved off.
