I haven't seen anyone get approved for a renewal yet this year, I am beginning to worry.
How you complete bio in March if app was received in April?

My lawyer responded saying his office is seeing approx. 90 days turnaround. According to USCIS website, the timeline is 3.5 months. His recommendation was to be see how it goes. He said as we get within 30 day mark, he will follow-up with USCIS and pull strings as needed.
P.S. - He is a relatively well-known lawyer in Dreamer world.

Ok guys, I'm one of those that didn't get the online code but finally after multiple calls I was provided the code over the phone but I don't see any biometric letter I can print.

Anybody in the same boat?

You should let him know about all the cases here. He should start pulling strings now. We have sufficient data points to know that something is going on. I saw only 1 person claim to have been approved.

Here's my timeline:

EXPIRATION: October 2016
APPLICATION SENT: 05/13/2016
SERVICE CENTER: IOE - ELIS (e-Filing)
BIOMETRICS: 06/07/2016
DACA APPROVAL: 06/08/2016

Hopefully this reduces everyone's anxiety during this hair pulling wait time.
Elll199, could you please confirm your timelines? You are the only person who got approved.

He can't pull the strings on my case yet as I am 60 days out before expiration. He won't do much of the cases here unless you are his client- obviously.

I was searching processing times on the other service centers, apparently only the Nebraska Service Center and the California Service Center are experiencing delays. Vermont and Texas(the state i happen to live in) are still saying they're processing renewals at about 3.5 months. It's excruciating, like I stated, I live in Texas, and my stuff was sent to Nebraska, not the Texas center. Who knows man, I'm freaking out like crazy.

I expire September 2x and the last thing I have is from biometrics in early June. Also Nebraska center.

I don't understand how they can allow people to just expire and lose their jobs...
