After talking to lawyer after lawyer with my parents, they don't take no for an answer, to see if they could somehow adjust through my sisters. I was told that my only chance was to get paroled to adjust my EWI.

I didn't want to be in the same boat as them in the future so I recently applied for humanitarian reasons to travel to México. I leave on Aug 7th. I requested my case to be expedited and the whole process took me three weeks from sending application to receiving documents. I am excited and nerves at the same time. My daughter will be 21 in 5 years and if nothing happens before then this will be my only chance to adjust. Is anyone else considering this option? I am sure many here don't have kids as old as mine but I can see an end to me being in limbo.
