Any particular reason on why this should be my last option? seems to me like this is the only option if you actually want some thing done.

Once you were contacted by his staff. How much did it expedite things by? can you provide a timeline?

Thanks!
Doesn't have to be your last resort but for my it made my case to the Senator's office stronger.

I'll go through my file to look for the letters and try to get a timeline for you. I remember the last letter from the senator's aide was of her informing me that my application was en route to an officer for a decision.

I will get back to you with a timeline.

Hi Regina, I'm sorry that was the response you received. Whats the status of your case? Has you DACA expired?

I contacted the office of Norma Torres (California) to seek assistance expediting my case on July 11th. I have yet to hear anything back from her office regarding a case update other than the privacy waiver they requested I submit.

You go to your respresentitives page and select "Help with a Federal Agency" Then you fill out two forms, a privacy release form and your immigration petition request. Once they are filled out then they ask you to fax them

I did this yesterday and I got a response like an hr later but it wasnt very helpful. I'm thankful they were fast but pretty much got a generic "your case is still in line please contact us in 6o days blah blah..." I dont have 60 days -_-

I don't see either of these forms? Under my congresswoman's page, there are some links and an online casework form, but nothing else. Help?
