I have my info pass tomorrow, I rescheduled twice already so I might as well go....
Before this forum I didn't know you were allowed to go to your bio before the schedule date, I remember I had my bio notice literally fews day after they received my app, I called them multiple time to ask if I was able to go to my bio earlier and was told u couldn't each time...only if I knew smh

Have any approvals received their approval notices or able download it of the website?

Darn. I'm really getting confused now. Still no approval and I only have 7 days before expiration.

Just checked my case after 100 attempts yesterday and it directed me to the right page .

it says they approved the request though it still says in process - I guess because the next step is card production ?

I am so happy they're actually doing something and we are seeing some activity.

I have my Infopass appointment today and figure they can't give me a generic answer since my ead is 7 days from expiring and I submitted it within the requested time frame.. What should I tell them? I'm desperate at this point..

I just don't understand how they skipped from apps received in March to apps received in May? Like that doesn't make any sense at all.

I believe someone posted a message they received from USCIS saying if youre days away from expiring and submitted your application 4 months before expiration they would try to speed up the process . So go to your appointment and if they dont help at all submit a service request .

I wasn't really expecting approvals for september expiring ones until the end of the month IF so . I guess maybe it depends on who has your case and how theyre going through their pile.

At this point I don't question bureaucratic incompetency. I have no idea how it makes sense to not have everything processed in the order it was received. It's not like they're doing extra background searches on most of these or they need extra paperwork

Yes, you can download you DACA approval from your account.

I have the same situation on my account. Unless they mail the original and produce the cards, It might continue saying in process.
