Yes, I think most, if not all, of us are IOE. I got my email today even though the approval was yesterday. I have to think they entered all the Feb-March applications into the system that glitched and that's why they're stuck while May applications are getting approved. Here I was panicking because I had sent it with 121 days left on card.

That's insane, it seems that people that sent applications earlier will be the ones left in the limbo... just got of the phone with USCIS and they said there's nothing they can do about it, and they are processing cases received by Feb 12th. This really suck since I only have 7 days left till Daca expires, All we can do is hope for the best and prepare for some time back in the shadows... God help us!

I just checked my account and its says my I-821D was approved yesterday. I-765 still shows in process.

Timeline:
App was received on 5/26/16.
Bios done on 7/1/16.
I-765 expires on 9/30/16.

So 60 days and no bios... just got off the phone with Tier II rep and he submitted another request to the service center (3rd time) and he said nothing else he could do as appointments are scheduled by the service centers.

He did say that sometimes they don't even schedule ASC Notices and they just use what's already on file, highly doubt that's the case for us but nonetheless that's what he said.

I expire on 09/11 and at this point I highly doubt I will get my EAD in time, most of the blame is on me though for filing with 90ish days left.

For those with expiration dates coming up, it looks like it's time to reach out to our representatives. For those of you that successfully got help from your congressman or congresswoman, could you post the general template you used in reaching out? Anything to help us left in limbo is much appreciated!

Did he give any indication about the reasoning behind the delay? Some have said that their biometrics required "further review." I'm not sure what that means; perhaps it's just more boilerplate language.

Sent app: Apr 26th
Bio: May 19th
Approved: Aug 10th
Expiration was Sept 4th

Looks like we will be fine everyone, or at least most of us

I remember some people got approved a week and a half ago, have they received their EAD cards yet? Has anyone received their new EAD cards yet?

I received my aproval notice in the mail (which I've been able to download), but still no EAD card.
