My increase in income is very similar, but I got a biometrics appointment very soon after applying. Like literally five days after applying I had my biometrics appointment within four weeks. That's why it makes no sense that ever since May 5, which is when I did my biometrics, I have heard nothing.

Guys,
I'm not sure how but I was able to make an inquiry on https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do
This is for my delay bio appointment 2+months.
I submitted two inquires one for outside of normal processing and did not receive the notice by mail.
It said "expect a reply by Sep.1 2016.

This is all ELIS fault. Why they implemented this clunky software to adjunct thousands of immigration cases is ridiculous. We are in a particular bind because we can't get extensions for our EAD's and even if we could get them expedited, they are still moving so slow. How they have received so much money from DACA recipients and they STILL can't get it together is disgraceful.

My DACA renewal was approved on 8/3/16.
I received two emails today. One email said my EAD was approved on 8/2/16.
The other email said my EAD card was produced on 8/9/16.

Like many of you guys experienced, my EAD status on my USCIS account also went from "USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request, USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you" to "USCIS has accepted your application, petition, or request for processing."

But today it changed again to your "USCIS has produced your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and mailed it to the address you provided." (weird).

I hope to receive my card soon. I expire on 8/17/16.

WE need to all contact our congressmen and NILC and let them know. This is simply not okay.

Yes, i make a lot more now. Going to go down the drain in a few weeks. I really can't wait to AOS in the coming months, this is an utter disaster.

Has anyone that contacted NILC and had their case flagged receive a response from USCIS? Was your case approved after?
