YES, did they schedule you for biometrics late or did you apply late?

There are a few 8/17's that have been approved. Keep your hopes up! Although by now it's unlikely that the card itself will arrive in time; but if the approval notice can be downloaded, it might be good enough.

I waited 60+ days for my biometrics to be scheduled. I guess I'll go with the printed copy of it tomorrow morning. Thank you!

Card went into production today, but I haven't received daca approval notice yet.

What steps have you taken to resolve this matter? Have you filed inquiries or written NILC? Your Congressman?

I have also been waiting 65+ days for my biometric, but still nothing.

Did you contact USCIS or create an inquiry about delay biometrics appointment.

Any advice you can share?

Ah, I am sorry to hear that. I know exactly how you feel.I originally called USCIS and the lady I spoke with directed me to https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/contactus


I submitted a request and then shortly afterwards (not sure if this is related to me submitting a request) I got a letter in the mail to set up an account at https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov with an access code that linked my cases to my account. I also used the Case Tracker app for the iPhone which I checked periodically. That is how I figured out that my biometrics was finally scheduled. Best of luck!

Just received a text that my I765 was approved!

Timeline:
App Received: 5/26/16
Bios: 7/1/16
EAD: Expires on 9/30/16

I-821D approved 8/9/16
I-765 approved: 8/11/16

I've called the customer service line more than 15 times, had an Info Pass appointment, spoken to 2 different immigration officers by phone, submitted an Ombudsman request, submitted 2 service requests, wrote a letter to the Nebraska service center to plead my case, emailed the coordinator at United We Dream, wrote to the President, First Lady, Joe Biden, The White House, CNN, MSNBC, and my local news channels, reached out to my congressman, and am now in the process of reaching out to the Ombudsman's office again.

Truly, I'm exhausted and on the verge of just saying eff it.
