Help with Renewal !

My sister was arrested for possession of marijuana (less than 20 grams) she was found not guilty and she wants to renew DACA! Will she need to provide documents to USCIS for renewal?

If she was arrested you need to send in final court disposition or they will RFE. Also mark yes on the question that asks if you have been arrested.

Depends on the disposition I was arrested but am now approved and became permanent resident. My arrest was for failure to appear though from when I was 15
