Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing a really long processing time for their DACA renewal?

I sent my application in 4/1/16, they received the file on 4/5/16
Biometrics scheduled 4/28/16
.... nothing yet.

I filed the claim for outside of normal processing time and it basically said that it is in the normal processing time and if it's not complete in 60 days that I can file the request then... All my things expire on 9/4/16.. What do I do?

Sorry this is is happening to you, we have the same expiration date...I think the reason why no one is replying is because your situation is happening to a lot of people that applied before may 14th and for some reason uscis says that before that date there is a backlog and they are working to get it handled within the next few weeks. Feel free to check out the renewal threads that are stickied and read how others are handling this...some are calling congressmen and some are filing all kinds of requests and would be better to service you than me. Hoping for the best for you

This is true. What I would recommend you do is contact the NILC to request help renewing your DACA. From my experience, they have been the most helpful in getting my delayed DACA renewed. See the stickied posts on how to seek help from the NILC. Best of luck.

Sorry Phoenix12

I'm going to try the NILC also. My EAD expires tomorrow.

Did your job put you on unpaid vacation?

You won't be able to submit an inquiry for your i-821D, but you can submit one with your i-765 receipt. Like the other people said, I would recommend you check out the stickied forums topics. You'll find more info on this and more.
