Hi guys,
I've been following this forum closely and have become obsessed like many of you on checking the status of my cases multiple times a day. I am applying for my third renewal, here's my timeline:
Applied: June 13, 2016
Received: June 16, 2016
Expiration: October 13, 2016
As of today (August 15) still haven't received my biometrics appointment. My brother sent his case on July 5, and he already had his biometrics appointment on August 5th. We both reside in Florida and don't have any criminal record and haven't traveled out of the US. We were assigned to the Nebraska Service Center. I contacted USCIS and they told me the same thing that's been posted about a delay for cases that were filed between February 14 and May 14 but that is not the case for me, so I'm worried about the delay.
Anyway, I was wondering if there is any difference of checking your case just through the case tracking section of the USCIS website or if you have to make an ELIS account, I never received the letter with the access code so I don't have one (my brother did receive that as well), thanks for any replies and good luck to all of us!

Just checked my status and it has changed to "USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request. USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you."

My case was received on June 14th, very similar to your timeline except I expire on 09/11. I'm yet to receive Bios as well. Like you, I didn't receive the letter to create ELIS account, I was able to make one after calling USCIS and requesting the code. I have an account but still no bios.

Hi all,

Had my InfoPass appointment this morning. The officer was very nice and told me she was going to be reaching out to the officer assigned to my case to get it pushed. She also said she would personally call me as soon as she heard back from the officer (which should be about a week) and also when the case got approved.

She was very nice, and tried to reassure me that if everything went well with the assigned officer I should receive my card by my expiration date (9/10/16), but it's still up to the assigned officer.

Keeping my fingers crossed! I'm still going to be submitting a case with the Ombudsman today, already have a caseworker from the congressman office working on this, and I've also been contacted by a lawyer at NILC.

I have already talked to my manager about this and explained the situation, so he'll be reaching out to HR to see what are my options if I don't get the new card before the expiration date. I work for a very big company, so not sure what their policies are in these sort of situations.

Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Received; 4/14/16
Biometrics: 5/5/16
EAD Expiration: 9/10/16

I've been lurking these forums just like everyone else around renewal time lol and since I got recently approved, I'd thought I'd share my timeline.

Expiration: September 14, 2016
Applied: April 18, 2016
Received: April 21, 2016
Biometrics: May 19, 2016
Approved: August 9, 2016
Card Production August 10, 2016
Nebraska Service Center

Best of wishes to everyone else still waiting on approvals!

This is the response I got after emailing nilc:

Hi. We've received your email. Due to many DACA renewal delay issues, it may take some time for one of our attorneys or other representatives to respond. In the meantime, take a look at our DACA page to learn more about general DACA issues, as well as this PDF document, Steps to Take if Your DACA Renewal is Delayed.
