Yes I fall in the delayed Timeframe but my Bio appointment was scheduled really quick.

I tried going when I originally applied and was sent out the door ( and there was like 2 people in the waiting room) This time around tried the samething as soon as I received the letter and no luck on my appointment day I was schedule at 2pm went there around 12 and they said I had to come back closed to my appt time.

I did before at the one on Pulaski. You can go to any ASC and claim you just moved.

By the way, received a second response with the correct reference to the date.

What link did you use for that inquiry? Also, has anyone had any success with a direct email to [email protected]?

I have not yet used the direct NSC email. I used the contact us tool from the ELIS system "Contact us". I have sent three already. I keep getting the same response you got.
