There is no accountability or oversight at USCIS. Like many other government agencies, instead of asking for help and admitting mistake, they would rather shove their problems under the rug and pretend everything is okay to save their own jobs.

Pretty impressed at how good they are at dodging any sort of accountability

I called USCIS this morning, spoke with a tier2 officer and obtained a tracking # FOR MY EAD. Please call them and get your tracking numbers for your ETA.

How long does it usually take to get a call back from an officer?

I called first ting in the morning, took them 27 minutes

I just called and essentially got read the same thing that's on my account. When are you supposed to receive it if I may ask?

Once I got a call back in 4-5 hours, and another time I got the call back the next day.

You can try again, though.

You may try, but they will call you back, Just mention that it's been 48 hours since your card was mailed and that you need the tracking #..be nice
