Holy shi** this must be some sort of record. Approved after 45 days. I"m at 65 days and no bios yet.

That's why I believe the theory on the DACA spreadsheet. They're going to start approving applications for people that just did biometrics to keep their average at approximately 100 days.

However, this doesn't explain why they've been slow to approve these other applications.

I responded to the NILC email 8/15 night time. and she said immediately, which I believe is right bc I got the alert on 8/16 about my case being processed on 8/15

I think only tier 2 reps an up can see my case as of 4/11/16. But I really hope it did not reset since I have already being waiting 4 months

There is an update on USCIS. I dont know if it is already here but my application is in this time window. Sad..

August 10, 2016 Update: If you submitted a request for DACA renewal between February 14 and May 14, 2016, your renewal request may have taken longer than expected. You should receive a decision on your case within the next few weeks. USCIS is dedicated to restoring normal processing times as quickly as possible.

to the people that have been approved... at what time of day did you find out? morning, afternoon, night? I remember last renewal most txts emails came at like 7 pm

I was able to create an ELIS account. The receipt date listed there is one day after the receipt listed on my mailed receipt. I spoke with an immigration officer who said they may have received it on a certain day, but they don't start working on it until the next day. Again, who knows, but does anyone else notice a one-day gap?

no before ELIS said im approved, and normal case status showed they sent me bio's letter. so ELIS updates first then the case status. now when i log into ELIS, i cant even find where to check my status. IDK. im approved and EAD is in production is all that i care about. good luck ya'll.


i was approved 8/16/16, still no emails/texts/calls. just showed on ELIS, and today on case status.

Isn't there a backdoor link to use when your ELIS account takes you to the wrong home page? Does someone have it?

On 8/15 my I765 was closed and they mailed out my green card (EAD). Is that the day they mailed out my EAD? I'm yet to receive my new EAD card.
