Hey everyone,

I've traveled for educational purposes with an AP several times and it hasn't been an issue except both of my travel document copies are taken away from me every time I travel...

I filed for my AP in May got RFE'd in July, response was submitted in week and my case is still pending.

Is there a way I can travel without my AP but with the stamp on my passport and my I-94 that was given to me during my last travel? Can someone please expand on this...

They asked me if I was going to travel again prior to taking both AP copies away.

Before they take both copies, just say you will travel again and they will leave you with one copy.

I apologize if I did not understand your question correctly.
