Lol talked to a tier 3 yesterday and she told me I could expedite. I told her the lower tiers told me that isn't possible for DACA. She insisted it was and I get an email back from Nebraska Service Center today with this:

Unfortunately, agency guidelines do not allow for the expedited processing of DACA cases. Therefore, your case will be processed in the order in which it was received.

Yes, earlier in this thread I mentioned mine was transferred to the national benefits center. A couple weeks later I was approved. A tier 2 agent had indicated the change and timeline of the approval. Might be good news.

My EAD expired on 8/17/2016 and I lost my job because of it. USCIS received my renewal app on 4/01/2016.

I tried the self-check E-verify, as NOTAPRO suggested, just to see if I was still able to work, However, i got the following:

There may be several reasons why a quiz could not be generated for you:

You may have moved recently and your credit files and public records do not yet reflect your new address. If so, you can try running a Self Check again using your former residence in the address field.
You may have entered information incorrectly, preventing the independent service from locating any records about you
You chose not to provide your Social Security Number. In some cases, providing this additional information may make it easier for the third party identity assurance service to find your records and generate quiz questions for you.
You may have attempted to take a quiz too many times recently. In this case, if you need to access Self Check you should wait a few days and try again.
You may not have enough of a financial footprint for enough questions to be generated. This can happen if you have entered the country or the workforce recently or you simply have not applied for any type of credit.
You may have certain fraud alerts reported to your state or a credit bureau. These fraud alerts are usually created by an individual who was the victim of identity theft or is at a greater risk of becoming a victim.
You may have put a security freeze on your credit report.

I didn't but a friend of mine did for adcvance parole. He said there was a sign by the door saying that they don't do EADs, so I didn't bother.

So quick update,
Been 64 days since they received my application, still no biometrics. I have sent service requests via email or their website, still haven't gotten a response besides one saying that message of the block of applications between february-may have a delay even though I sent my app in June. I called USCIS and the customer service rep created a service request for me since she saw it's been so long and I still don't have a biometrics appointment. I asked her where my application is being processed and she said she couldn't see but my letter should say it, so I told her that it shows nebraska but when I call it tells me that its in "Integrated Operating Environment" so she said that the Nebraska center has other offices or something like that where they're processing applications. I also never received the online code to create an ELIS account so I asked her to help with that and she said that it isn't possible to have one with the I-821D and the I-765 which I know is not true because my brother got that letter and a bunch of you have as well. So I hung up, called again, spoke with someone else and they transferred me to the ELIS tech service desk, he was pretty much useless and told me I needed a letter with the code, which I said I never got so he said I needed to speak with an immigration officer and that they would be able to help me, I am waiting for the call back from them so we shall see....
