I was approved yesterday, but it did not show until very early this morning 1AM on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as both 765 and 821, as being approved. As of 1PM, the 821 approval was updated to approved on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do, but my work permit info still is at bio appointment message. The notice of approval was also loaded at around 1sh, and I am able to see the PDF. No notice, in regards to EAD, yet!

My sister who has exactly my same timeline, has not been approved as of today. Very odd!

I followed up with NILC.
They said:
"Sorry but somehow your case wasn’t input into the spreadsheet we are using to track cases so I didn’t realize your DACA had already expired.

We will raise your case around Monday, as we are compiling the cases we plan to raise. I will let you know when we raise it, and if we are able to raise it sooner

They so busy. So they are going to submit a batch of people on Monday to flag to USCIS :/

Wow grats exact same time line as me also. Did you do anything in particular like service request or anything?

I submitted 4 Service Requests, spoke at least twice with a tier 2 representative to inquire about my status. I also submitted an Ombudsman Request, once 105 days had passed. I know they reached out to USCIS on my behalf. I reached out to NIL, but I am uncertain they flagged my case, as after answering some questions, they did not get back to me. I also emailed the Nebraska service center, twice.

I've contacted Ignacia (the lawyer assigned to me from nilc) just to follow up on my case but she is out of the office until September 1!! She told me they were going to flag my case but idk if they actually did it.
