It is so strange that some of us are still waiting for biometrics. There is no pattern as far as dates. For example, I have been waiting for 80 days, my brother has been waiting for 60 days and he filed in mid June. I did in late may.

Perhaps there are some bad piles where things are messed up either according to location or last name.

I do not know.

There are a couple of other people on here who submitted their application between Aug 1-6, and to my knowledge, they have not been approved yet. I also expired on Aug 17. I'm calling them again today to see what new story they're gonna give me.

But why did you have to do another bio appt?

I do not know what to do.

I have put request after request and nothing seems to help.
Me too... 128 days... no bios...

My timeline is

Application received 6/22
Biometrics done 8/8
765 approved - 8/17 (card not under production yet)
821d approved - 8/22

Nebraska Service Center by the way
I guess it's encouraging to see that it's at least possible to go from biometrics to approval in 2 weeks...

I would like to know the answer too, if anyone has any knowledge....

Also, I spoke to a lawyer yesterday about my case (lack of bios after so long) and he basically told me what everyone here has been finding out for themselves: there's basically nothing you can do to change anything on a DACA application (although a rare number of people got lucky), so he just told me to wait.

He also mentioned that he had heard of people receiving letters notifying them that their old biometrics would be used to avoid a delay in their case. He asked me if I got a letter to that effect and I said no. So he said to wait some more.

Our conversation was brief and that's all he mentioned... as he was speaking to me as a favor to my church pastor.

I called them yesterday and the person at USCIS told me the same thing as before, that my application is within the processing time since they are reviewing march 16th apps. -___- lies. Let me know what story you get from them!

I tried that approach. The DACA SOP is clear they need bios to trigger background checks, the files are refreshed every 15 months.
