Just got off the phone with an immigration officer and she was the most helpful out of all of them. She told me my application was looked at 8/19, but she wasn't able to tell me if my biometrics had come back yet. Has anyone gotten a similar response before? If so, did you get approved soon thereafter?

The Tier II called me back and faxed over my bio appt. they scheduled it two days after my card exp date. WTF. If the ASC doesn't allow me to walk in, I am screwed (and they didn't last time). They also changed my mailing address to one of my previous addresses...

Which tier?

Your app was looked at 8/19 meaning what? Someone approved it? Someone checked up on it then?

How do you make your case flagged?

Tier 2. Someone checked up on it but didn't make a decision. I don't know if that means it will be decided on soon after.

Wow. What did you tell her? Like any special questions?
Maybe I should try a Tier 2 again

Update:

EAD expired 8/17.

Submitted a SR, reached out to congresswoman, created a case with obudsman, and went in for an info pass.

Agent at Info Pass told me my case is still being processed and the only thing he saw was that my case was flagged because of security since I did not answer one of the security questions. Which is FALSE!
I have my copy of my application submitted and I can see the scanned app they received with all questions answered.

I'm at a risk of losing my job for sure by now. My employer is already looking for a replacement (LOL hoe's ain't loyal)

I would call again to see if you can get more info. This was my 3rd time talking to a tier 2 officer. She couldn't tell me anything else. I figure my biometrics is holding up my case, but she wasn't able to tell me if it my background check had come back.

It was always nebraska. After i saw your post about your case transfering to cali, I got scared and I called to check.
