I will call monday and try to speak to an immigration officer. Once i do i will say tjat i hear thet if i pay 3k i will get my case expedited. And i will ask if tjat is true.

Haha where did you hear that? At this point I wish I could pay 3k and get it expedited if expedited means approval same or the next day with EAD in my hands within 2-3 days

I was approved on 8/20/2016. I cannot believe it took less than a month. They received my application on 7/28/2016 and I got my bio done on 8/3/2016. Add the fact that I submitted my application less than 40 days before expiration. I feel blessed!

Im so happy applications that expire at a later date are being approved faster than those who applied in april!!

Praying that ELIS maintenance will finally help them get stuff together! It's weird seeing different responses and delayed renewals AND delayed card productions. Definitely new so hopefully we're almost there.

True, this is the first time there's been an alert of system maintenance on ELIS. Who knows what their going to be doing.

Where are you all seeing the system maintenance alert? I was able to login just now and same status as yesterday, not approved.
