Have you submitted a service request through ELIS? Apparently, many people have had success through this.

For the folks that just received their bios has been scheduled text, do you see on My account? If so, how long did it take for that to show up on there?

Mine hasn't , I believe NotaPro saw his on ELIS after two days.

Couple questions.

1) Anyone have issues accessing the myaccount website? It seems they completely redesigned it and now I don't know how to access my actual myaccount page, it just takes me to some random myuscis website
2) Anyone have issues receiving their actual documents? I've been approved since 8/8/16 and received my I-821D a couple weeks ago, but no EAD yet.

Yeah I got a I-821d approved letter in the mail. I'm waiting on the work permit to arrive. Hopefully it'll get here this week.

Although that's something good, it still sucks... once I get my bio appt, I will try to do a walk-in (they've told me no before), and if they don't let me, I'll drive to another ASC and try it (I've heard of someone here doing their biometrics in a different state and different date than scheduled).

1st renewal received6/17/2014. Biometrics 7/10/14. Approved 9/8/2014.
2nd renewal received 4/19/2016. Biometrics 9/6. EAD Expired 9/8/2016, approved on 9/19/2016,
3rd renewal received 2/12/2018, biometrics 3/5. Approved 4/25/2018

I called them like 5 timers already. Email them 4 times through "Contact Us", and submitted 3 e-inquiries. Still nothing
