Over half of the people whose cases we flagged have had their DACA approved. It’s hard to know if it was our flagging it that did the trick but at minimum it does alert USCIS to cases that are still pending after 120 days

NILC is for only after 120 days right? Boyfriend expires Sunday but is only at like 115. Would it be worth it to email NILC?

My case got flagged and I got a email from Shui-Ming. Hopefully it does something!!

Btw we should donate to NILC after all of this is done with approvals/obtaining EADs. They deserve our support! Ill donate to them after everything is cleared ��

Mine didn't get flagged or at least I didn't get that e-mail. I think you all (those that did get an e-mail regarding getting flagged) communicated with them before I did. I'm in contact with Sheila and she asked me about what hardship the renewal may cause, pending for how long, etc. I have them and my own lawyer following up so hopefully it'll be a strong push already. Hoping these next days bring good news. Praying for everyone!

Contact the email, and then one of their lawyers will reach out. Shiu-Ming happened to be the one who reached out to me.
