Has anyone had any issues with "Other Names Used," which is required on the DACA application?

No. My high school records were under a different name which I put under "other names used" and I processed just fine in the initial request and the first renewal. This is the only time I've had this long of wait.

This is the USCIS response to my Congressman's office's inquiry:

Bullshit. Goodbye, work. Goodbye, everything.

So I had an InfoPass appointment today since I wanted to see if they can reschedule my biometrics appt to a sooner date. They emailed the ASC manager asking if they can reschedule me to this Friday, but those people replied and said no. Once again, they said not to worry about my exp date (don't know what the hell that means).

Then I asked them if they can update my address since USCIS keeps changing my address to previous addresses I have used for whatever reason but ignored my address change requested 1 month ago. I wrote the address on the AR-11 form, and they told me my mailing address has been updated. I came back and checked on ELIS, and they freaking left the apartment number off. Can't even expect these people to update an address correctly...now I have to schedule another effing appointment 14 days out to correct their mistake...

I received a similar email response from USCIS today from a e-request I filed and had the exact same reaction. Then I called USCIS. I'm not sure how u guys got to T2 because the T1s I've spoken to were just so snappy and matter of fact that I just want to hang up. I was told yesterday that they were working on cases from April, but when I called today, they retrograded to be working on cases from March. I call total BS.

My sister was just approved.

Renewal Received: 4/13/16
Bio Completed: 5/2/16 (Date scheduled)
Approval: 8/31/16
Expiration: 9/4/16

Her timeline is exactly as mine, but her approval came one week after mine. I got approved 8/23 and have not yet received my EAD. Last message, it was being produced, 8/25/16. But I recently found out, my job does not have me expiring until 9/14, due to an obvious typo on their behalf, but I have a bit to wait for actual copy.

So close to my timeline. How far apart was the last time she checked and her recent check with case being approved? Or yours? I'm starting to think it's not worth checking like three times a day lol

I dont understand why the first week of april people are not getting approved This is getting annoying!

I do the checking for her, and let me tell you, I had checked at 9:25AM and nothing. So I checked again, AT 12:19pm, and approved. I should add this is the status, on myaccount.uscis, the case status one, has not been updated. But from my own experience, that usually does not get updated for a day or two.
