I just gave them the run down of my case, I wasn't confrontational. It was more of like, I know there are issues and no one outside of USCIS knows what's up, but just let me know what is my current status. I told them I had become familiar with the Standard Procedure of the process and that I knew something was wrong.
I just asked for some status, or timeline to my final adjudication.

SCOPS fwd the email to NCS and the rest is history. I don't think they will put much attention unless you are really in a dire situation, in case there are people with explorations of like 30-60 days out trying to get answers ASAP.

Contact them right away, I have 3 person getting approved literally few days after contacting them including my case. It won't hurt to try, I believe if I didn't keep contacting them my case would have been lost in their pile because my EAD expired since May 28. My case was finally assigned to an officer yesterday and I was approved yesterday.

I submitted one on the 26th but no response

So I submitted another message today but I submitted one that says subject "a case already filed online". So I submitted another one that says subject is "other".
Hopefully they don't think im bombarding them with messages lol.
