Do you think we could email NILC even though it's just shy of 120? We are going to lose our apartment if he's out of work for a month or more.

Still hoping something comes through today! I know there were a lot of approvals two days before the 17th, though not how much it should've been. Had to resign and employer's waiting to cancel or to know when I can rehire.

Those that were approved right after taking their bios (within 24 hours), are you all able to see/download the DACA approval letter that those approved are talking about? I'm just curious. O_O

Do they didn't flag it? Oh lord!! They told me they flagged mine but I didn't get that email everyone else got.

I contacted them and they told me they flagged my case on Monday but thats it.

No approval letter on my end... Now I'm even more skeptical. I think it was just JohannBernoulli1667;576925 and I that got approved after walk in the day before.

Well, today is the last day of my boyfriends job. They told him they could hold his position under next Friday and then they would start looking for new people. As of 9/4 he will be formally terminated with his job 'in limbo'.

He is currently re-sending requests to every single thing in hope that something will push his case through.

Has anyone had any luck working with NILC? I am in touch with an attorney and he said that he'd be "raising my case with USCIS early next week". And that he thinks I have a good change of being approved before my expiration date because I applied within the time frame.

I'm a little skeptical. How do they "raise a case"? I haven't read any success stories on here from NILC.

Boy oh boy. The predicament they've put us in is inexcusable. I honestly hope that we all hear something soon. It's just so hard to have hope when they seem to stall at every turn smh.
