Hello everybody,
I've been a lurker for a while and you guys have been super helpful just by me looking in, so thanks!
I know we are all super delayed, but i've been put through the wringer and i'm terrified, as I expire October 29th.

So I submitted my Form I-765, and Form I-821D on June 19th and they have my forms according to USCIS. I personally never received an email and thought that maybe they had the wrong address, so I waited.
All in all, I've call the 1-800 number maybe 11 times because they're too busy or They never call me back. The first 2 times, I REPEAT, 2, people on the phone gave me the incorrect case number after not receiving anything physical or an email from them stating that they received my forms. I only found out late August that it was the incorrect case number because I called again 2 weeks before August ended because I still had not heard anything and a different person told me I was given a women's number that had been approved, and her number was a digit away from my case. I was devastated because I had not yet heard about the delay, and had no idea what was going on, all while believing I was approved for about a month.
Fast forward to last week on Friday, I call agin and get told that I have my Biometrics appointment the next day and I need to get to a fax machine and get my biometrics appointment form. I get hopeful again and head to Kinkos, only to find out the lady faxed me an appointment from 2 years ago and my case is still just being processed.
So basically, all I know is that they have my case and I haven't physically received any form of mail or documentation officially from them, only the "agents" over the phone. I expire in October and have no idea what to do, I know were all in the same boat, but I needed to vent and get feedback. thanks guys, stay strong!
There are a number of things you can do. The first two that come to mind is you can do an e-request with your alien # stating you didn't receive a notice by mail, or you can schedule an infopass appt.

If I were you I would do both.

How did you get approved for AP a total of 10 times? Was it work related?

I'm a chemical engineer and travel 95 percent of the year all over the world. I got an AP document for multiple entry for 1 year. It turned out I used it 10 times in that year but could have used it more if needed not just 10 times

Sometimes they do, but due to the high volume of calls I doubt they will get back to you today. The last few times I called, they got back to me 2-3 days after.

Thank you! I'm happy for you, too!!! I'm so grateful things finally came through.

I was actually terminated and had my PTO paid back to me at 50%. When I go back to work I'll have to start my PTO from scratch, but that's the least of my problems. At least I can get my job back.

But on a serious note, they really need to get those February approvals in. I hope they are the next batch.

I haven't heard of anyone doing that although I considered that as well when I was still waiting for my bio appt. Seems like the staff at the ASC has the ability to reschedule bio appointments - not sure if they can create one.
