Whats your exp date? Maybe they are focusing on recovery of applications which are expiring soon/expired. I doubt checks didn't come back, I suspect the technical issue impacted the availability of checks/results to the officers adjudicating the case.

Mine expires 9/30.

I am guessing that means 100% approved, but it hasn't jumped to anything like card production yet...so won't even think this is done until I get the physical card...as I have seen horror stories on here where the status reverted back to "Reviewing".

App received: 4/13/2016
Bio completed: 5/6/2016
Expiration: 9/4/2016
Approved? 9/8/2016

I still feel for people that have been expired longer though...this entire USCIS fiasco is embarrassing and frustrating.
